Speed strength trainer Sean Robbins provides instruction in techniques that will improve movement and reaction time; and improve ability to maintain control by focusing on balance and coordination. The key to agility and speed coordination development is reducing the loss of velocity when shifting directions. You will learn to move quickly and smoothly when changing speed and direction.
